One Handed Backroll Into Switch (14)

- hold your bar with your back hands as close to the center as possible
- keep the kite flying forward between 10-11 or 1-2
- pop off the water and pull a bit on the bar to get a little air (more air than normal backroll needed)
- if you do it with a wave no need to pop hard or pull the bar
- the higher you go the slower you should rotate
- throw your head and shoulder hard backwards while you lift your legs up
- while rotating already twist your hip a bit more forward and let your upper body follow
- lean your upper body more towards the water to work against the pull of the kite and land on the edge of the board
- put all pressure on the toeside when landing
- if you lean too far towards the water, you could use your free hand to slide on the water and stabilize your position
- make sure that your back hand pushes the bar so the kite keeps flying forward
