- hold your bar with your back hand close to the center
- keep the kite flying forward between 10-11 or 1-2
- pop off the water and pull a bit on the bar to get a little air
- if you do it with a wave no need to pop hard or pull the bar
- the higher you go the slower you should rotate
- throw your head and shoulder backwards while you lift your legs up
- stretch your legs up and your free hand and arm down
- now lift your legs to finalize the rotation
- for landing make yourself big again by straightening your legs to slow down the rotation
