- adjust the power of the kite with your stopper, with too much power you will over rotate and with too little you will not finish the rotation
- keep the kite flying forward between 10-11 or 1-2
- take your hands off the bar and behind your head
- pop off the water
- if you do it with a wave no need to pop hard or pull the bar
- the higher you go the slower you should rotate
- throw your head and shoulder backwards while you lift your legs up
- the smaller you make yourself (by lifting up your legs), the faster you will rotate
- for landing make yourself big again by straightening your legs to slow down the rotation
