- grab your board on the handle
- immediately place one foot under the handle (you need a handle high enough)
- take your hand off the handle once the foot has been placed
- put your other foot at the handle as well and squeeze your feet to hold on to the board
- lift your leg and foot up so you won't loose the board
- stretch your whole body, legs and free arm sidewards
- hold this position as long as possible
