- you need to have good power
- get good speed
- fly the kite slowly to the zenith
- pop off slightly and lean a bit forward and drag your board behind
- once the kite is in the zenith pull hard on the bar and lift off the beach
- lift your legs up and keep flying while the bar pull down all the way for maximum power
- when coming down depower a bit and pull on your front hand to start the downloop of the kite
- move your back foot forward and land
- loop your kite until it flies forward into the direction where you came from
